Elevating client communications

As Head of Marketing and Communications at allcare, I led the redesign and production of allcare Connect — a printed biannual client magazine that keeps aged care clients informed, engaged, and connected. 

Drawing on my background in publishing, I refreshed the magazine’s visual identity and editorial structure to make complex, often clinical content feel more accessible and welcoming. Working closely with internal stakeholders and contributors, I refined the copy for clarity and flow, crafted creative headlines, interviewed clients for special features and handled all design and print production in-house — a move that saved the business both time and money. 

The result was a publication that aligned seamlessly with the allcare brand. It strengthened trust and transparency while supporting clients to better understand changes in the aged care sector.
