Aged care, done differently
To celebrate Aged Care Employee Day, I produced allcare’s first video campaign in the form of a docu-style commercial designed to shine a light on the Community Support Workers who directly impact the quality of life of allcare clients.
With a limited two-day window and tight budget, I managed every stage of production — from writing the creative brief and developing interview questions, to selecting clients, planning the shoot schedule across multiple locations, and working closely with Sydney-based Director of Photography Chloe Angelo to bring the story to life.
The video cantered around the brand’s tagline, Aged Care Done Differently, and let the clients do the talking. Their words and testimonials captured the impact of in-home aged care in a way no scripted campaign could.
The video became allcare’s highest-performing post to date, reaching over 13,000 people and generating more than 18,000 impressions on Facebook in just a few days. It continues to be a valuable brand asset, with footage and stills repurposed across ongoing marketing efforts.
